I arrived safely yesterday after a quite lengthy flight! I cant same the same, however, for my luggage; it is supposed to be arriving today at some point. Please pray that it does. Our team is reunited again, this time even including those who were supposed to go to Kenya; they will be in Swaziland as well but not with us. We are staying at Alabanza in South Africa today and tomorrow and will head to Swazi Friday morning. At this moment all of our vehicles are broken down. So that is a prayer reaquest too. The good news about being here for a few days is that tomorrow I will get to go to Atteridgeville and see my beloved street children! I never thought I would get the opportunity to return, so I am thrilled to say the least! I am taking some of the supplies that people donated with me to give to the children there. I hope they remember us; I cant wait to hold Treasure (in the photo) once again.
Being home for Christmas was so encouraging and good for me. Mostly because of the tremendous support I received in a variety of ways. So many of you blew me away in giving donations of money and items for the people of Swaziland. I am looking forward to distributing what I was able to cram in my suitcase and to receiving in the mail what is to come. Once I get there I am going to meet with a man who is with our organization and is also South African to get a price list for things that are needed like buildings and wells for the carepoints and school fees for children. I know several of you want to give more to something specific so I will soon have those prices listed. Thank you so very much to everyone who listened to me speak and gave so graciously. Also thank you for the powerful prayers that constanly go up on behalf of myself and the people here. I am very glad to be back, yet am currently missing home a great deal. I just had too much fun while there.
Thank you for your love and for reading this~ Stacie
