This
past
weekend
was
so
much
fun
for
me.
I
had
a
house
guest
all
weekend;
she
is
actually
Thulie's
eight-year-old
daughter.
Her
name
is
Nonhlahla
(Non-shla-shla).
To
say
that
we
had
fun
is
quite
an
understatement.
Friday
night

she
watched
her
first
movie
ever
on
my
laptop
and
also
experienced
a
bathtub
for
the
first
time.
She
doesn't
say
its
time
to
take
a
bath;
she
says
"its
time
to
wash
my
body".
Saturday
morning

I
asked
her
what
she
wanted
to
do
that
day,
and
she
said
go
to
the
mall
and
watch
another
movie.
Its
funny
because
that
is
something
most
little
girls
in
America
might
say.
So
we
spent
of
the
day
at
the
tiny
mall
in
town,
where
I
bought
her
some
clothes
and
a
backpack.
She
even
found
ten
dollars
on
the
floor
in
a
store
and
used
it
to
buy
herself
an
umbrella,
which
is
a
purchase
I
would
not
have
expected.
We
had
a
special
lunch
at
KFC
at
her
request.
Everywhere
we
went
people
would
ask
her
how
she
knew
me,
and
she
would
say
that
I'm
her
sister.
Ah,
I
had
so
much
fun
with
her.
She
would
get
so
excited
and
just
dance.
I
love
that
part
of
the
culture
here
in
which
they
dance
so
much
when
they
are
excited
or
praising
the
Lord
and
worshipping.

Its
beautiful.

We
went
to
the
church
in
the
rural
area
Sunday
morning

that
I
normally
go
to
and
that
Thulie
goes
to
as
well.
She
invited
me
over
to
their
house
for
a
brie
or
cookout
after
church.
I
went,
and
they
treated
me
like
a
queen.
They
had
bought
a
watermelon
for
my
visit
and
grilled
out
a
whole
chicken
for
a
meal.
yes,
the
chicken
had
just
been
walking
around
in
their
yard
hours
before.
They
are
so
giving
even
thought
they
have
so
little.

I
am
constantly reminded
of
the
story
in
the
Bible
about
the
widow's
offering.
How
it
was
very
small,
yet
compared
to
what
she
had
it
was
a
great
amount
to
her.
God
saw
not
the
amount
of
money
she
gave
but
rather
her
heart.
Her
sacrifice
was
extreme
and
that
is
what
matters.
I
know
that
Thulie
and
her
family
sacrificed
for
me
Sunday
afternoon
,
and
it
brings
me
to
tears.
However,
I
know
that
it
brings
a
smile
to
the
Lord's
face.
I
continually
fall
over
and
over
in
love
with
the
people
here.

Thulie
continues
to
tell
me
incredible
things,
though
in
her
humbleness
she
will
never
realize
how
profound
her
words
are.
One
day
as
we
were
planning
a
house
visit
that
we
would
make
later
on
in
the
week.
I
asked
her
what
would
be
something
appropriate
that
I
could
take
to
the
sick
person,
meaning
like
fruit
or
flour
or
something
like
that.
She
kept
saying
that
I
didn't
have
to
bring
anything,
and
I
kept
arguing
that
I
wanted
to
so
what
would
be
best.
Finally
she
said,
"
Stacie,
you
are
bringing
the
Holy
Spirit
with
you
and
that
is
all
these
people
need
and
the
only
thing
you
need
to
bring.
It
is
what
is
most
important".

Wow,
she
is
so
right.
Its
like
I
forget
sometimes
the
power
that
I
have
because
of
the
Holy
Spirit
living
in
me.
It
was
a
good
reminder
from
her,
but
I
still
took
some
apples
with
us.
Then
just
yesterday
I
was
asking
her
about
her
relationship
with
the
aunt
who
tried
to
take
her
son
away
and
who
has
tortured
her
for
years.
She
said
that
is
was
good
now;
that
the
aunt
was
respecting
her
and
acting
so
much
better.
Then
I
asked
Thulie
if
she
was
able
to
forgive
the
aunt
for
all
the
hurt
she
has
caused
her
and
her
children
for
so
many
years.
Her
reply:
Ah,
TOTALLY.
She
did
not
have
to
think
twice
about
it;
she
meant
it.

I
was
amazed,
then
she
told
me
that
Christ
has
forgiven
her
for
so
much
there
is
nothing
to
do
but
to
forgive
others
just
as
He
does.
It
just
surprised
me
because
I
hear
a
lot
of
people
tell
me
this
is
how
I
should
live
or
say
that
they
desire
to
live
like
this,
but
I
have
seen
very
few
people
actually
live
it
out
in
this
way.
Her
life
challenges
me
so
much.

I
am
so
blessed
to
have
her
as
a friend.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL - Stacie
